I bought these to use in my barre class. I like these better than the the types that have holes for each toe. I find those very uncomfortable. These actually worked out perfect. I wear size 8 sometimes 8.5 and I bought a large. They were a tad tight at first but loosen right up after about 5 mins of wearing them during a workout. Just the right amount of support.
