Maintaining appropriate levels of calcium and strontium is crucial for promoting healthy coral growth and overall reef ecosystem balance. The recommended calcium level is typically between 380 to 420 mg/L, while strontium should be maintained at around 8 mg/L (at 35 salinity). Regular testing with a laboratory water analysis is advised to ensure these levels are within the optimal range.

This solution is highly concentrated, meaning only a small amount needs to be added to the aquarium water to achieve the desired calcium and strontium levels. The recommended dosing is 50 ml per 100 liters (26 US gallons) of water, which increases the calcium content by approximately 95 mg per liter and the strontium content by approximately 1.8 mg per liter.
