These fit and were comfortable for my child. She likes them a lot HOWEVER day 5 of school and the exterior inside of shoes(design part) has cracked and peeled off and now has a hole! My daughter is rough on shoes but I thought id get longer than 5 school days. Ordered a 6.5 womens for my 9 year old daughter. (Yes she has big feet).Took only one day to break them in. Def wear socks. Easy to dance in. Runs a tad smallThis is the second pair I got for my daughter. She loved them so much much the first time around that she made me promise to get her a second pair. They're comfortable for everyday wear at school and they look super cool with basically anything. Also durable. She wore them the entire school year last year because she refused to put them down. Wouldn't recomend these for athletics or gym class though. They're not designed to lace up fully or they'll just look really odd. My suggestion is to get the right size so that the laces don't need to be tied up too tight. Gives it a better look while the shoes are snug enough so the kids feet can't slip out. I just measured the length of my daughter's foot and went about half an inch bigger. Fit perfectly.Was looking for a hi top converse and happened to stumble on a listing of this shoe. Never heard of the brand before so I was a bit reluctant on buying it. Came out looking a lot nicer than I thought it would. I absolutely love the look. So far it’s been comfy, not too tight, and I love the cushioning inside. I bought it more for the style than for the dancing shoe it was described as so I have no say on how it would go with that.I really love Pastry Dance shoes and how the mold to your feet with wear..... the only thing I dislike about this pair in particular is that one of the shoes, has an uncomfortable seem over the pinky toe and I haven’t had this issue in any of the other 3 pairs I own. But this isn’t a major problem overall and can be dealt with..... these help my joint pain a lot!The only part that’s a little uncomfortable is the front flap, because it’s thick and pretty stiff, so when you step, it hits your shin a bit. But, 9 fit well and it’s comfy enough. Just wouldn’t wear it for walking.Size not accuratethese shoes are gorgeous.. unfortunately they are SO STIFF and firm, i couldnt inagine dancing in them let alone walking around for the day without discomfort.. they also run large so you need to tighten them so much. really bummed. i even tried 2 different sizes and no go...It is good for dancing Zumba. The only thing I dislike it is the laces are quite short, I changed them longer.
