The shoes are cute and seem solid in construction. The big issue is the incredibly off sizing- my daughter is normally a 5 and we ordered a 6. Her foot can't even start to fit in them. Their customer service is great, so that earned them another star, and we were promptly issued a refund.Disappointed does not even begin to cover it!! My daughter wears a child size 6 so I bought a size 7 expecting them to be a little small. When I got them, she cant even fit half of her foot in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I put them up against my 8 month olds size 3 shoes and they are an exact match! This is insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got a refund but I think my two-day shipping should be refunded as well. you can have the shoes back I have zero need from them since they need to fit my 3 year old not my 8 month old!!!!! I paid extra for two day shipping so she would have them in time for her recital which she will NOT now--- thanksthe worst Amazon product I have EVER purchased(photo is the size 7 shoe next to my babies size 3 shoe)The insoles of these peeled up on the first day my daughter wore them. I glued them back down but she kept complaining that the shoes felt funny...I read the other reviews and so I ordered this shoe 2 sizes larger than my daughter's foot. They fit perfectly and seem like they will stretch a little bit for extended wear. She has been wearing them for a long while now. They are not wearing out quickly and she never complains that they hurt her feet. Very happy with these shoes. Will buy again.not only do they run small in terms of foot length but the elastic is so tight around the top of the foot it's very uncomfortable. very pretty pink but hard to size..I ordered a size toddler 9 for my granddaughter and she wears an 8 toddler shoe. These are about the size of a toddler size 2. I got them as a surprise for her ballet classes we got her for her birthday and it was to late to return them. Just glad I had the foresight to order another pair by some other company.The shoes were nice quality but they run small. I read other reviews saying they run small so I ordered a bigger size but the bigger size was still too small.These run really small. I had to return 2 sets until they fit. Once we figured that out they work well for our dress up purposes.
