I purchased this wrap skirt to wear under my hospital gown so I would not be exposed in the back of the gown where it does not clothes. The fact that it wrapped around the waist makes it easy to get into when movement is limited, and it affords wonderful privacy until the patient is permitted to wear her own nightgown. As it turns out, I did not need to use it because my hospital offered gowns that did close completely in the back. But extra privacy is a good use for this little wrap skirt.Good quality and affordable.
