I bought a size 16 for my daughter, because the description said if you're in between sizes buy the bigger size. I bought the bigger size and that was definitely a mistake, so I ended up having to buy a size smaller because it was too baggy in the back and shorts. The smaller size fit way better, but the back was still baggy. Just a heads up, the shorts and the back straps are apparently not very stretchy.
