My friends and I used to watch Darrin's Dance Grooves a lot when we were younger and I was excited to buy it and try it out again 15 years later! The dances are pretty complicated but it's fun to do with others and you feel pretty accomplished (and cool!) when you get a move down. Darrin goes pretty fast, but they do break it down into sections which make it a little easier. Depending on your dance background the choreography could be really easy or really difficult to grasp. I have zero dance background but I'm able to get a hang of some of it (I might have to modify a few moves here and there). My sister and I actually learned "Bye Bye Bye" in one day from this video and performed it at our older sister's wedding and it was a hoot! Definitely a workout too!
