I have bought about four of these skirts. This last one the hem thread was fuzzy and weak. Picked up everything on the ground. The fabric is weak and has got holes. I have only worn this skirt twice and IRA already beat up. Definitely not as quality as my previous three.I would have been happy to exchange however the time had passed.
