This was perfect for my trim 7 yr old. She is only 42lbs and usually wears a 5/6 size clothing. I took the advise of others here and sized up to a CM. I am glad I did! It fits perfect. I can see that if she was an average width girl that it may be a little sheer it isn't on her since she is very narrow. It was nice finding something that fit her body type.my 7 year old love it! fits perfectly and we all love the shorts design so it wont show too much when move. happy buy!So cute. Not see through. Sturdy and strong material. Does not fade. Easily worth the money.Wonderful Leo fits well and looks great I just love that I don't have to get separate pants. ❤️My daughter has always ran on the Leggett size for her age group. She's 3.5b and depending on the brand wears 4T and 5T. She can even wear leggings and t-shirts in XS at target's little girls section (with room to grow). She's got an athletic build, maybe in part from being in gymnastics since she could walk? Anyway, I ordered her a small because her XS from target was a bit too small and tight. This small is uncomfortably tight. Immediately my daughter made a face and started pulling at it and wanted it off. However, I can tell the quality of the material is top notch so I'm returning this one for a larger size. I think this minor inconvenience will be worth it because the material is so nice.One of the best things about this leotard is that it doesn't have the complicated decorative straps that I find a lot on similar products at Target or Walmart. My daughter can put this on easily, and the design of the neckline and wide straps is very comfortable.The fabric is good quality, which I mostly noticed because of the poorer quality of fabric and stitching on the other leotard that I ordered at the same time.The size was a little more snug than I expected, but my daughter said it was comfortable. The shorts did ride up a bit during her gymnastics class, but not as much as the shorts of some other leotards.Okay- very cute. not sure if it is TRUE brand. it is see through on the behind. My Daughter has on princess panties (she is three) and you could see the design through the leo. But other than that- cute and fit true to size.It fits well, looks great, and costs reasonably.This is the one.
