I was hesitant to purchase this DVD because so many "line dance" instructions are just people in tight jeans and boots moving too fast to keep up. Shuanta Porter is just perfect. She obviously loves what she does, she takes it one step at a time, she is so enthusiastic about what she's doing I had to laugh out loud and the steps are easy to follow and fun. I whole heartedly recommend this program for the pure joy of it and the movement you'll earn on your way becoming health.I like the way the instructor teaches the dances & I was surprised to see 2 dvd's. One to teach you the dance's and 2nd one to dance from the first line dance to the last one. At least 6 line dance routines. I love to dance and totally enjoy working out with all these routines.I enjoy this workout as it is fun and upbeat. It is great to have the 2-part DVD with the instructional and then the workout dance party. Initially I skipped the instructional DVD and tried the workout dance party. Even as a practiced line dancer I needed the instruction first. Once I did the instructional, I was good to go with the dance party which gives me a good fun workout.I love this for my at home exercise. Great for family gatherings. Easy to learn. Great instructions, very clear.Dvds do not work and there is no way to print a return label for a refund. Kiss your money goodbye. Glad it was so cheap. Lesson learned.My daughter in-law loves itI am waiting on another video from this groupNot compatible with my smart tv or computer.
