Ordered this for a elf costume at a Christmas party. It's absolutely adorable?! Beautiful red and green Christmasy tutu! For reference, I'm 5'4", 115lbs and the tutu fit me very well. The waist band is very stretchy, so it could fit someone much larger than me, but it might not be as long as hoped (particularly is u want this to cover your butt, which even at my size, I would already recommend having leggings underneath, this isn't really a wear by itself skirt) Don't let that make you shy away though. Totally recommend. Reasonable price, could be something you can wear again and again as long as u aren't too crazy! The only thing that was bad was it came with a horrible smell. However, as long as u aren't planning to wear it as soon as u get it, it washed well and smell came out. I washed on a delicate cycle and and hung to dry. Hope this helps.:)
