I’ve never worn ballet slippers before and wanted a pair to wear for local dance group. I bought a size 4 regular, it was too small. Returned and bought 4 wide. Still too small. Returned and bought 4.5 wide. Fits perfect. Easy exchange, no hassle, no questions, no problems. These are soft and pliable, nice quality, some adjustment available with front ties. Very good quality slippers for the cost. I was very pleased at the ease of exchange and opportunities to try until I was able to find my correct size.
