We were thrilled to get this, but as with some kids my daughter started complaining about the pokey feel of the sequins. If you have a kid who complains about tags and other things irritating them, this cute outfit isn't a good buy. If your child doesn't mind then your little one will love the styleDoesn't fit well but it looks pretty if you had the body type to fit it. It would fit good if my daughter was short and wide but she's notI bought this for my niece who is in ballet and this is perfectly elegant and matches her style. I bought it a size larger because she is growing like a weed. This shall last her a while and is beautiful. Definitely will be buying one for her little sister once she begins ballet.My daughter is extremely thin and this definitely sagged around her midriff before I took it in just a smidge. I also had to shorten the straps so it did not sag down on her chest. Maybe I should have bought a size smaller but HEY! She loves it. It's pink, it's sparkly (Her favorite combination in the world) and it really is cute on her.She normally wears a size 5 top, going into 6 for size comparison.At the end of the day, it didn't fall off of her and she is happy so I'm happy!This is very large. I ordered a 6x for my 9 year old based on the size chart. Was falling off of her. Got a Size 5-6 and still too big. I am going to take about 8” off of the straps because I need it for this weekend. Super cute but maybe order two sizes smaller.Ok, so I bought this tutu for my 4 year olds dance class and it's super adorable on. The only thing is that the straps are incredibly long. I'm talking you can cut at least an inch off of each strap and it would be fine. I had to pin it down in the back otherwise, my daughter would have been pulling it up in the front constantly. Other than that, it was a great purchase. I had to wash it already and I totally disregarded the wash label and sequins (I blame 3 kids and mommy brain for that). I threw it in the wash and then dryer on high heat and it came out just fine. I didn't realize what I had done until afterwards but, no harm done apparently lolMy daughter said the sequins scratched her arms near her underarm area. I still made her wear it because I bought it with my money and it was cute. She is 6 and takes ballet classes so it’s not the best for comfort. She has only worn it a handful of times because of the “scratchy” feeling. Otherwise, very cute. True to size.Love this one but had to order a 10/12 for my 7 year old. The first one size 7/8 wouldn’t even reach her shoulders by a long shot! Order a size big for sure! The 10/12 fits perfect not big at all!
