More than just a leotard. I have a disable grandchild who kept removing his diaper and we just couldn't have it. Specified adaptive wear outfits are SOOOOOOOOOOOOO expensive so I got to thinking. LEOTARDS!!!! Why not? they work perfectly and the prices are great. I bought a bunch so I don't run out when you put shorts or pants on the child it just looks like they are wearing a tank top which helps provide privacy and dignity.My daughter is taller for her size but this fit well and didn’t ride up. And of course DINOSAURS and glitter? What’s not to like?I sent this out to America for my granddaughter. She is into gymnastics. She absolutely loved it. Mum thought it might be a bit small, but once on it was perfectMy 5 yo is tall and thin so hard to find leotards that fit in all the right places. This one fits exactly how I had hoped.I like the seam down the back and it’s a cute patternMy daughter loved this leotard. It’s cute, soft, comfy and moves well with her. The fabric has a silky feel and a little sparkle, and it washes well. I usually just line dry. I bought 3 other leotards of the same size along with this one and will say that this one seemed to run slightly smaller than the others. If you’re on the fence about which size is best you may want to go with the larger choice.Lots of reviews I read on this recommended sizing up. Here’s the deal, I think it’s hard to rely on reviews for sizing or people’s interpretation of “true to size.” That doesn’t really exist. We are all shaped differently, including our children.My son is 6, he currently is wearing size 6/7, S, in clothes and I originally ordered the size 8-9years for him based on reviews, but it was too big in the shoulders. We returned and did the size 6-7 years and it fits perfectly.In regards to the sparkle, yes it sparkles/shimmers. It is not a flat color. If you don’t make it a big deal, it won’t be a big deal. We don’t play by those rules in my house, so sparkle clothes are just fine for him. Is it blinding glitter? No. I would say it’s pretty reflective and shimmery though.
