Very very classy & sassy!!!To help you know better the size I wear a size 4. And I am 4" 10'. The length on me , the longest ruffle hits the floor and for me to wear with ease, I had to tack it up a few I inches. Which was a breeze under all the top ruffles as so you could not see I shortened it. It would be perfect for anyone taller and look like the picture. But is still great for little short girls like me.The waist was a little big so I folded & tacked it at the side where the belt comes in front. I also added some cute material and beaded it to hang like a side scarf , as I wanted something flashy in the front. To go along with the arm ruffles I made for the tops of my arms. I wore with a tight shirt and tight dance cropped pants. As I was attending a fun Salsa dance party!I sew and the quality for the price is unbelievable! It is made with perfection! I did put a tiny drop of glue on the very ends of the ruffles to ensure they never fray.and trimmed and unwanted threads at the ends.Could I have made this-YES ... But for the price-NO!To purchase material and make it would have cost much more! And taken hours to make!It comes packaged in plastic- I did not have to steam it, there were no wrinkles- however I did lightly spray it down with static guard. The chiffon just got static from the plastic packaging.I was the Belle of the Ball at my party and was so fun shaking my ruffles!
