These knee pads are great! I have a dance routine that includes sliding on our knees and thought I would never survive it until I got these. No more bruises! They slide on easy and they are just a bit big even for a big boned think girl like myself, but they grip well and do not cut off my circulation. The padding wraps around more then half of my knee, and the pad does not move when I Move so my knees stay safe and painfree for the entire performance.Recommend this to a friend?
