I got two sizes bigger because I saw a few reviews that said it was a bit small. But when it arrived it was bigger.The waist size was fine, a bit lose but fine. The pouch/thong part was a different story. It was wayyyy to big didn't hold anything in place, there was extra fabric on the thong.Probably because I did order two sizes bigger but next time I know to go my exact size or a little smaller.
